Just got it in yesterday, used it today...
Well, I can definitely tell I'm on creatine. I've definitely used more effective products, but that might be because I haven't quite gotten the dosage dialed in yet.
The upside is that there's no loading phase, of course, so effects are felt almost immediately (give it an hr). The downside..or downsides are many. First and foremost, people have said they can't stand the taste, well I don't blame them.
It uses HCl as a stabilizer/transport method, which also happens to be what your stomach acid is made of. If you take it with straight water, that's pretty much what it tastes like; pure stomach acid. It's also a pain in the ass to measure out, unless you have a scale of some kind. One thing though, you won't find a better value ANYWHERE. Although it's measured by weight, it's still packed to the brim. If it's decent quality shit then you really get your money's worth, but again there's no way to tell since it comes in a nondescript white container with a puny label that says CEE...Anyway I'm giving it 3 stars because it tastes like shit and I felt sick after taking it..maybe my own stupid fault, but both problems could have been easily taken care of.
I'd say go ahead and get it, it's an awesome value once you take into consideration the fact that it's not designer name-brand shit... |
