It took me about 7-8 weeks before I really noticed the effects of Bacopa. I take 100mg 2-3 times a day. I notice increased memory recall and sharpness(very noticeable!), and slight anti-anxiety affects. The only problem is I feel dumb when I drink alcohol and take bacopa.
