My brother turned me on to this supp. We mix with L-Arginine for the vaso-dilation effect and there are days at the gym where you can't beat your ass enough when this is coursing through your system. I don't even mind the sour taste, but when mixed with L-Arginine, better hold your nose or have some sweet fruit juice in there!
Definitely good for pumps, but the real value is in promoting a full workout where you can really ensure you went all-out and get all the benefits. I agree with most written so far despite the hysteria of some reviews. |
