Well I officially have 6 tabs left (meaning two doses friday and one saturday) so I feel it's now appropriate to write up my end of test log.
I started FenoTest @ 164.5 pounds, I'm currently consistently 167 and above, topping out at 168.5. So as much as a +4 pound swing in 30 days... not too bad. So as for lean mass gains, I would say it probably contributed to my progress, though the extent of which I cant really say for certain. For the record, my average nutritional intake over the last month is as follows:
-3,797 Calories comprised of:
-132g fat
-422g carbohydrates
-236g protein
Strength wise, most weights did not seem to increase a great deal, though some exercises were able to be moved up, such as leg press, squat, deadlift, and a few others, the progress was no different then before FenoTest, so I don't believe it to be an effective strength enhancer.
Sex drive was the most notable improvement. I'm not really much of a sexually excitable guy, by choice and training over the years. But FenoTest certainly made arousal a little easier than I would like. Check back on the log for some instances. FenoTest absolutely contributes to increase sex drive.
The last claim, does FenoTest increase testosterone levels? In the absence of actual test level data, I did note an increase in facial acne throughout the course of the trial along with the increased sex drive. Both of which allude to a potential increase in test levels. I can't say I noticed an increase in skin oils, which some attibute to test levels and my nuts didnt get any bigger either laugh.gif
So to wrap this up, if you're in the market for some sexual enhancement you can give this stuff a try. If you're looking for gains, I can't say that the price tag $31 is justified in that sense. As I was looking for gains in size and strength, not sexual augmentation, I was a little disappointed with the product.
