I began using this product around May of 2005. Mono gave me horrible cramps and diarrhea and after I had stopped taking it I had a notably rapid loss in muscle mass. After having been on CEE (I bought the 100mg bottle) for 2 months, I was amazed at the results I received. The lack of bloating, cramps, and most importantly, diarrhea along with solid gains I became a huge fan of the product. After taking two months off from a shoulder injury, there wasn't the massive drop off of muscle mass one would notice with mono, it was a steady and seemingly slow decrease for me. The lack of a true loading phase more than makes up for the horrid taste (which you grow accustomed to). In all, I'd highly recommend this product to those who are less than impressed with mono. |
