i take it on the regular..yea its legit. one thing i noticed i get better quality sleep when i take it. also it seem to be an aphrodisiac..nothing strong but yea. i mainly take it for my insomnia. avena also have some other benefits they say it helps free up testosterone ..so it can carry over in the gym but dont expect steroid like effects. buy it for yourself and try it. |
