I have taken other creatines before, creatine monohydrate, dicreaine malate, tricreaine malate, you name it, I've tried it. This is the best creatine that I have used yet. It does not make me feel like I am bloated, nor do I really feel like Im holding water.
I used this while I was cutting with clen and taking roughly 1750 calories. Not only did it help me keep all my muscle mass (I do not think I lost ANY muscle) but my strength continued to increase even though I was consuming VERY LITTLE calories. If you are wondering if creatine ethyl ester works, it does.
Some people out there will complain about the taste of it, but you just need to suck it up, unless you decide to cap it. I don't really think its as bad as everyone says. Just be sure to mix it with something that has a bitter flavor to it naturally (eg cranberry juice, grapefruit juice, or you can just use crystal light powder)
All in all, I feel it was definately a good value for the money and I will only use this creatine from now on. |
