Just bought Creatine Ethyl Ester w/Citrulline Malate Powder on 6/10/05 and started taking it today. Didn't feel much stronger at the gym and I’m fairly strong. I have benched 345lbs. at 170 lbs. w/ no bench shirt. Anyway, the taste of those 2 stacked was really sour even though I added dextrose. Will have to find something stronger to disguise the awful sour taste. Will post later on weather this made any difference in strength. |
