This is one of the best yet for helping to to build and more importantly, maintain solid muscle.
My own physique certainly seems to be more 'dense' than before. It also seems to have gone some way to helping me get rid of unwanted body fat too.
Perhaps because it helps to keep me in a positive nitrogen state throughout the day, it must be having some kind of thermogenic effect as well.
