This stuff is effective and considering the bulk price you might as well run it over monohydrate. I reccomend capping it though, when I took this stuff on its own even mixed with CM and Gatorade it gave me what felt like heartburn - I could live with the taste just fine but my stomach wasn't happy. As long as you cap it I'm sure you'll be glad to bought it. |
