I have been using pro complex for over a year now and love the results. Beyond that, 1fast400 has been one of the cheapest places I have purchased it. The chocolate is my favorite, mixes and blends well. The 53 grams of protein per serving is excellent and it is a very smooth, good tasting drink. I have seen great gains when taken religously.
