This stuff is well worth the money. I really didn't notice too much the first week, but after you get it into your system, you are unstoppable. I can do a balls to the wall 2 hour workout and still be able to do cardio at the end without the normal fatigue.
The pumps are great. I was doing bi's and tri's the one day and probably every vein in my arm was showing. However, at a serving of 3g before running in the morning and then 5g 20min before working out, I go through this stuff pretty quick.
Bottom line: In my opinion this ranks right below protein and creatine in effectiveness. |
