Works great! Before taking CM, on the stationary bike I set the RPM limit to 80. When I hit 80 the resistance on the wheel kicks in and I have to drop back down to peddling 75 RPM because 80 gets me winded and my legs tired.
It took about a week of taking it before I felt it start working but when I do the stationary bike now, I can peddle at 80 RPM's, resistance and all the entire 20 minutes and it's a breeze.
I did notice if I take it an hour prior to working out it seems to kick in better than taking it 30 minutes or less prior to my workouts. But that's just me I guess.
Tastes sour but not too bad if I drink it with 5oz of Gatorade.
I'll definately buy again. |
