Wonderful product. I did not purchase this from Bulk as of yet but gave it a try from my local health food store. I was more than pleased with the taste for being a 100% casein powder. The label is however misleading and if you think you are gonna get a micellar casein containing powder from ANYONE to mix with a spoon then you got another thing coming. I can tell when this stuff is finished digesting and compared to a 100% whey it takes about 2 to 2-1/2 times as long and therefore is excellent for dieting and night time use. As most people who take their physiques seriously know, protein is not just protein and this stuff serves a very unique purpose with regards to being an anti-catabolic protein. Great, great stuff at a great price from my favorite supp company. The price for this was the best I've found for a 100% casein powder and it is PURE and not filled with junk I might add, so get you a shaker cup or break out the blender and start reaping the rewards of casein!!! |
