From a female perspective this is a great alternative to chocolate. I used to eat Nutella by spoonfuls during PMS and put on weight but a couple of teaspoons of Chocamine now takes care of that. It does take more than suggested though to feel its effects. Also, add it to coffee to make a nice mocha. |
