Stuff works as advertised. I have noticed weight loss from it, not sure how much but I have noticed when i take it regular, my pants fit looser. There arent really any negative side effects, except that it keeps you wound for sound all day long when you take it. I have never needed to take more than 1 capsule/ day. I wont take it any later in the day than noon. I'll definitely buy more of this when my current bottle runs out. I've tried Hydroxycut and some others, but I like this one the best. Doesnt dehydrate you too bad , as long as you folow the directions and drink plenty of water when taking it, and it doesnt cause consitpation like some of the others. Good stuff, especially for the price. |
