I have used this product for about two years. When I started I would use it with an exercise regimen involving strength training and aerobics. I initially took one before the routine and then one after. Afterwards, I took two before and one after- tolerance develops and one becomes less effective. Nevertheless, the end result was an intense thermogenic response. I have not used this product for about a year, I continued the routine, maintained the weight loss and metabolic rate - I perspire heavily during the summer months (80 degrees F or above feels like a furnace).
I always believe that such products like Lipodrene should be used in conjunction with diet and exercise and not by itself. Also, since the body does develop a tolerance to ephedra continued stable use will have diminishing effects. |
