This stuff is, in my opinion, a close second to CEE as the best supplement. It gives you so much extra energy is is unbelievable. I take it twice a day, when I wake up and right before I work out. It tastes fine with grape juice. I use about 1/4-1/2 teaspoon per serving and it works for me. I also take NOXplode, which has it but I add more to it. I am also about to try a combonation of CEE, Citrulline Malate, and Beta- Alanine. If you like long workouts, try this stuff, its AWESOME! |
