This is one of the few supplements that I will likely take for the rest of my life. It has really helped improve my mass, so I suppose I was my diet has been highly deficient in such amino acids in the past. Also, mixing this in with my drinks seem to have an great hunger suppression qualities. I take 1-2grams morning and night. |
