I take 5 grams before workout, 5 grams during workout, and 5 grams in my Post-workout shake
It gives great energy, more repetition, and quick recovery.
I am not sure how much is too much but I know some people who take it as above and also before bed and after wake up
One thing I also noted while using glutamine which I am not sure of: I did not get sick this winter as every year. Is it true that glutamine enhances your immune system?? I am starting to believe that now
Make sure you stack glutamine with BCAA. They work very will together
