I totally agree with the other reviewers here.My anxiety has dropped signifcantly,and my moderate depression has lifted.I take 1 to 2 "00"capsules per day with a vitamin B-100 complex containing niacinamide.I'll also take a "00" capsule of Rhodiola ocasionally.This stuff is great and way better than any St.Johns Wort I"ve taken.I definitely recommend giving it a try. |
