the taste is something like one of those amino waffers you bought from GNC back in the late 80's or early 90's. its not terrible, but there is something familar about it.
mixing with a spoon, id love to meet the a hole who put that on the label and actually watch him mix this with a spoon. it recommends 8-10 oz of bev but i use about 12-14, its just a little too thick.
Let alone, if your body is not ready to consume this protein, you'll end up with mud ass or nasty shit gas in the middle of the night.
so before you push out that fart, make sure its truely a fart or you just shit the bed!!!
overall, a good product, but you have to use a blender. I never even thought about a shaker cup, to me that seems just as silly as a spoon.
