ya no i gotta take back my last review the last time around i took 3 of the blue up pills with my pre workout drink and thats what made me nauseous my stupidity.
well now that im taking a break from preworkout drinks i can focus on using this and i have to say so far so good ive noticed a moderate increase in strength even though ive been using it a few days my lifts are going up slightly and getting a few more reps all i have to say is follow the directions because i tried 3 again just of this product and i lost my appetite and couldnt eat. So i say good product for the price just dont be a dumbass like me and fuck around |
