first of all, you really cannot believe the copy for any supplement in this industry. that being said, meltdown is a very good product - it helps you lose fat, while preserving lean muscle tissue, and it gives you a nice sense of well-being. don't know about the euphoric feeling though - i wonder what those guys at vpx were smoking when they were running those trials on meltdown... the stimulation is not excessive, by any means and the appetite suppresion is ok.
i used it @ 3-4 pills a day spaced about 4-5 hours apart for a 6-week period and dropped 15lbs and 4%bf, working out 3-4 times per week and using a fairly strict diet about 85% of the time. it was an easy drop and i lost maybe a couple of lbs in the process.
it's not overly expensive so if you've got your training and diet in order, you may want to add this supp and see what it can do for you. |
