i didn't really notice anything significant while on this product. but to give it a fair review I have to say that I'm probably too young for a supplement like this to have much of an effect on my body as far as muscle gains go. I'm 20 and your gh levels don't really start taking a significant drop until more like mid 20's. The one thing I did notice while using this product though was I had great sleep and I was having a lot of dreams, for anyone who knows anything about gh, when your in your deepest level of sleep-rem4-you experience dreams and your gh secretion is at its highest. Honestly though if your looking for a good boost in gh just use gaba. There is more and more reseach done on these gh increasing supplements and unfortunaley in order to get big gains muscularly you would have to get doctor prescribed gh and be carefully monitered, so basically I'm saying don't waste your money on gh supps other than gaba. Stick with testosterone booster, or n.o. or creatine etc. |
