Only reason I am giving it a 4 out of 5 is that it can be hard to dose properly, and you don't want to take too much. 200-300mg is tough to measure without a digital scale, unless someone has a better way? It's also extremely bitter, though you won't notice the taste if you measure it properly. I'm sticking with the pill form from now on personally. |
