One thing for certain, it certainly doesn't put me in a negative or overly sensitive mood. I wouldn't say it 'chills' me like Phenibut, but I tend to feel more easy going and upbeat, if per chance I need to balance out a bit, it is an adaptogen that will not ramp you, good for the mind also, a good synergistic for aniracetam. If you do have it with Bacopa, you WILL want to cap the Bacopa though. As far as the 'bulk' aspect, and the 'taste' concerns, gosh, taste is not really an issue here to me. I like its flavor. I can warm up some milk just a bit, and stir in a large spoonful, and it works fairly well, though it doesn't dissolve perfectly. Try it in a hot cup of coffee and put in some vanilla flavored cream - etc, I can even put a spoonful of it in my mouth, no problem and then take a swig of coffee, or chocolate mil, or whatever. But, I like the taste of Red Panax Ginseng in tea as well. I cannot guarantee you will like the taste as I do. |
