Well, I did an insane amount of research on this product. I read every single review I saw, and searched a half dozen of forums for additional info. I order the product on tuesday, and got it in the mail 3 days later from bulk nutrition. BN deserves a 6 out of 5 rating. However, this is about Venom 3.0.
I ordered this because of the great reviews i read. It sounded like the best part of this product was it's appetite suppression capabilities. Well it didn't work for me AT all. i ate all my meals (6 a day) just as scheduled. However, i snacked like crazy. My goal was to eliminate snacking, and it didn't work. I took one pill in the morning, and 1 at like 3. My energy was great, and my mood was great. The sleeping this is ABSOLUTELY true though. I usually crash at like 11pm at the latest, and this stuff had me alert till like 2 am. I liked that. However, the appetite thing was kinda bogus. I ate a huge dinner, which is not like me. It actually seem to have the opposite affect it was suppose to.
Again, that was my first day here is a breakdown of my review (0-5). I will review again after the first week.

Energy - 4
General sides - 4 (no dry mouth, no pee problems, no breathing problems, no increased heart rate, but i was like a motor mouth with the shit, and i kinda felt like my words were off and i was rambling a lot. weird)
3 for now...but i'll be back. I gained 2 pounds the first day by the way. Started at 207, dieted healthy down to 188, started taking this, and am at 190. Goal is 170. I have 2 bottles.
