Works well. Has a good amount of protein and the chocolate tastes quite good- not had vanilla, but it sounds like no one likes it. I mix it into milk or half water/half milk and it is quite tasty. Unlike the other supps I take! I usually take my supps in water and just chug, the only "flavoring" agents I usually use are magnesium carbonate (if the mix is acidic) or citric acid (if basic) to bring it into a good pH range. This is one I don't have to not breath through my nose to get down, and is downright enjoyable. Has a good malt-ish flavor while being thick- call me lame, but I'd drink this as an actual drink if it wasn't so expensive!
In the end, I'll probably go looking for something cheaper, if only because I am so used to drinking nasty powders, and maybe pure whey in chocolate milk would be good enough for me. This is the first product I've purchased for protein like this, and was surprised how expensive it is, even though it was one of the cheaper ones... $16 for 30 servings, saying you should take a gram per pound you weigh.
