I have been taking this for about 3 weeks. I am currently on the HST routine (Full-body routine, 3x a week). I suffered lowerback/ hip injuries a few years back and has been gradually getting better but the muslces around my lower spine still gets very very tight every 5-6 hours. After taking this, the tightness and the pain have decreased about 60-70%. Great stuff in terms of healing ur muscles and ligaments.
In terms of STRENGTH, my squats went from 300lbs/5rep to 330/5reps. Also, my endurance has been AMAZING. No joke. Its a feeling where you feel u can always keep going.
Weight Gains? A lil, not a lot. Along with my usual Cyto Gainer and Creatine Mono and No-explode, I managed to gain an extra 4lbs in 3 weeks. Not bad. |
