lol reading CFH's review will tell you that yohimbe is very potent, particularly twinlabs yohimbe fuel.
At first, it was a strange stimulation, even with half a capsule. Your body feels a little clammy, youy heart rate increases but your stamina will increase as well.
I stack this with ephedrine and caffeine along with some BCAA's prior to a workout.
The intesnsity is sick. you will be able to put in 2+ Hours of heavy lifting, your reps will go up and so will your ability to push more weight.
I routinely have put in 2.5 hrs of lifting (2 muscle groups) AND 30 minutes of cardio with a capsule/25 mg ephedrine and 200 mg of Caffeine.
However, acclimate to a full capsule. Start with half.
After your workout, you will be quite flushed and ramped up still. A hot shower will calm you and get you back into a normal mode.
This stuff will make you an animal. Not to mention in the bedroom...stamina!
