ok this stuff is not going to magically add 30 lbs to your bench. that comes from dedication, hard work, and a strict diet. this is, however, a GREAT protein at a great price. it mixes quite well in a shaker and the Mochaccino flavor was actually rather good. def the best deal out there. |
