Being sceptical I only bought 100g this time.
I've had 2 grams in my morning coffee and another 2 grams in my pre-w/o afternoon coffee.
This is my second day and have noticed
-loads of energy after about 45-60 minutes.....loads!!
-decrease in appetite
-a bit of a crash after lunch yesterday but today no crash at all today.
-better moods which could switch the other way VERY easily so i'll have to be aware of that. (It is a full moon though!!!!!)
I'll definitely be buying this again in a larger quantity.
