I tried incarnate with M1-D, and i have to say i'm impressed. I had a bad left elbow from a shattered ulna and surgery, so i figured this would be good to add on to my regimen. My elbow feels great now. Also, during my cycle i suffered a pretty bad rotator cuff injury (due to my own fault), and it was unbelievable how fast it got better... for the first day i could barely move my arm, five days after the injury i was back in the gym, and a week and a half after that my shoulder was back to 100%. can't say i noticed the mass and strength part, and i'm a little upset that around six days worth of capsules were busted in the container, but because i'm so impressed with the joint recovery part, i'm giving it a 4 |
