Be careful. It is very potent. I use all kinds of energy supplement and have to say that this is the best value for the buck.
Dennis recommended the caffeine to get a kick that I was looking for. He said to “watch out” when using this.
I took 200mg. and felt a huge kick.
I am 40 years old and use it for workout and sexual enhancement purposes.

Stack it with Ethyl Ester Creatine, Ethyl Ester Arginine. Wow is all I can say. Excellent pumps before and have even done an extra rep on the bench.
The next step is to combine the stack with Beta-Alanine. I have read some excellent review on this product.
Sexual Enhancement
=I have tried two different combinations.
1. Stack it with Yohimbe (BE CAREFUL), Arginine and Tribulus. I used 200mg of Yohimbe and felt like a machine. Excellent erections and low recovery time. I had a little trouble sleeping. This combo gave me a LOT of energy. Desire was incredible. I do not recommend this stack for daily use. It is very effective but it is very hot as well.
2. Stacked it with Horny goat weed, Maca, Arginine and Tribulus. The effect was similar and milder that the one described above. I like to do this stack when I have to get up early the next morning.
