this supposedly is supposed to help with pumps... I didnt notice that... I did notice that endurance wise i didn't feel as winded while hitting my cardio... and I was doing heavy cardio for performance, not for fat loss... I'm trying to join the navy and on certain days i could see a difference while running... but not at the level that the other reviews ahve said... this whole, "I didn't even need a second wind" didn't happen for me. |
