The overall effect of this product is a 'psyched up' feeling, combined with mild thermogenesis, increased strength and the raging horn for a few hours, but the main part of the product, the flavone complex, is provided in woefully inadequate doses - 100mg methoxyisoflavone (only effective in doses of about 2 GRAMS a day), 100mg Ipriflavone (this stuff is even weaker than methoxy), and 100mg ecdysterone (my past experience with this stuff only got results in 4 x 250mg / day doses). I had to take two stacks a day (double the recommended dose on the tub; wouldnt recommend to others with weak heart as this totals to ALOT of stimulants) to get anywhere near the kind of minimum flavone doses that are shown to work in studies. At the end of the stak i didnt really get any gains i couldnt attribute to my spot-on diet and basic creatine supplement. A shame, as the rest of the staks ingredients are good value for money. |
