Tablet is fairly large but if you start slowly with taking one per swallow then eventually you can build up to 4 or even 6 at a time. If you take the super pak it is about the size of the largest pil in it. Definitely worth it though. I currently take 4 per meal x 5-6 meals a day and also 24 during my workout unless I am using Glutamine Select. |
