Great stuff and great price. I take it throughout the day and total 6 grams. Usually 1g 6x/day.
Can give you a bit of flush but really helps endurance for grappling. Not sure how it is for bodybuilding results ie hypertrophy, but for muscular endurance for sports it's awesome. |
