I used this stuff for nearly two month before cycling off. I had a lot of good gains on all my lifts. I knew it was helping because when I stopped taking it my strength receded significantly. The beta-alanine kicks in pretty quick. It is a bit on the pricey side, but the results are somewhat worth it. Taste is just like coolaid and goes down easy. No side effects to report. I didn't load this stuff, I only took two doses post-workout, and I didn't take any on days I didn't lift. I wouldn't touch this stuff any other time, due to the high sugar content. Unless of course, you want to add some extra fat to your frame. BN now sells beta-alanine, so I'm going to mix my own creatine cocktail from now on, at a much cheaper price... |
