OK, unlike the last two, who tried one or two packs and judged it from there, I got more samples and went well over a week with it.
It took a couple of workouts, but I noticed that I was not hitting the lactic acid burn as quickly and was able to keep pushing past previous reps.
Since that's what it claims to do, I gotta give it two thumbs up.
The flavor is OK, but I love that tingle from the Beta Alanine.
I am an early morning lifter, so the ability to keep it down is a must. This stuff passes both the early morning heavy leg workout and the Group Power "squat until you puke" workout. I never felt it wanting to come back up. Add to that the caffeine and you've got a pretty good supplement here.
One thing to remember when reading reviews, always see if the person actually bought some and ran it for more than one or two days. Remember, some guys have no drive at all and if something doesn't trun them into Ronnie or Jay in one or two workouts, then "it's crap". You know who these guys are, they've got dumbass reviews all over this website. I wonder sometimes if they ACTUALLY EVER BOUGHT ANYTHING HERE? Or if they are just sad little boys trying to knock any supplement they cannot afford.

Anyway, Isatori makes some decent stuff, that usually meets the claims. I was pleasantly surprised, and now have a full bottle at home.
