I've used sesamin twice- once a few months ago and I'm taking it now with r-ala, fish oils and a thermo. Before I was taking with just a thermo and I had great results, I lost 5 real fat pounds from the one bottle. This time I feel it is not as effective for me and I can speculate as to why. When I first started I was just getting back into a serious workout regiment and I had alot of excess fat on my body. This supplement, combined with lots of cardio and a thermo produced a net loss of 15 lbs for me in a short time of about 4 weeks (too fast some say but I was eating very healthily). Now I think I'm more used to the workout and burns and there is not as much bloodstream fat as before, but that is a guess. I will say that if you take one of these pills before a fatty meal, that it will help to block the absorbtion of the fats. I think this is a great product for someone with alot of fat to lose and if you are just getting into it. otherwise, you may not see the results if you have a low body fat percentage. |
