VS-10 Vanadyl Sulfate by Optimum Nutrition contains 10 mg of
pure pharmaceutical grade Vanadyl Sulfate. Human and animal studies indicate
vanadium (the active component in VS-10) can potentially help stabilize blood
sugar levels and may help the efficiency of glycogen storage in the liver and
muscle tissue.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 3 to 6 tablets daily, preferably
with meals, or use as directed by a physician or licensed nutritionist. Do not take
more than 6 tablets in a 24 hour period.
