I am writing because I am totally happy with the mass I have added and now would like to get ripped!! At the end of the program you have a section in which you say that if we were looking to do this, we should contact you. I hope you can help me with this. I just finished up week 8 of the Ultimate Muscle Training program. Never before have I made such consistent gains. I've put on 15 lbs. of lean muscle mass, and I'm not even finished with the full 12 weeks!

I have just begun week 8 - I have increased my bench by a solid 30 lbs. - I am now benching 25 lbs. OVER my weight - that's never happened before! I haven't gained any weight - but my muscles are more defined and I have increased my maximum weight for all body part exercises by 15-20%! I have lost 4% bodyfat and I can't wait to finish week 12!
