Tribex-500 & ZMA Results
An Important Step Before Prohormones
Results: 3 weeks on Tribex and ZMA

After reading a Testosterone.net
article about boosting natural testosterone levels without using
prohormones, I decided to try their recommendations myself.
Of course, the recommended supplements were Biotest
supplements (promoted heavily on that site), but I had heard good things
about Biotest and wanted to give them a try myself.
I started my first three week cycle of Tribex
and ZMA. My initial
body composition said I weighed in at an even 200 lbs. and was at 9.8% bodyfat.
Later that first week, I seemed to have more intensity and energy during
my workouts. I liked being able to squeeze out that extra rep before failure.
After 10 days, I checked my body composition again. To my surprise,
I weighed in at 205 lbs. and was at 9.7% bodyfat. I had lost a small amount of
fat and at the same time gained a very significant amount of muscle! I had
expected the results to be good because all of my lifts had gone up, but I
didn't realize I had accomplished this much in just 10 days!
After 21 days, the end of the 3 week cycle, I once again checked
my body composition. I was once again surprised - I weighed in at 207 lbs.
and was at a noticably leaner 8.9% bodyfat!! This means in just 3 weeks I
lost over a pound of bodyfat and gained a little over 8 pounds of lean body
mass - results that I probably wouldn't believe if I hadn't experienced
them myself.
However, I did experience these results and am now a firm believer in
the science behind the Tribex and
ZMA stack.

A word on my diet:
I maintained a 2500 calorie per day diet
for the duration of my first Tribex and
ZMA
cycle. Every 4 to 5 days, I would "spike"
my calories by eating a cheat meal of
whatever sounded good - pizza, fries, etc.
All other days adhered to 2500 calories
broken into the following ratio:
45% protein, 35% carbs and 20% fat.
To get enough protein everday, I had
2 to 3 protein shakes mixed with skim milk.
And to get enough fat, I had one tablespoon
of peanut butter twice a day. (Not exactly
flax seed oil - but it tastes great!)
Certainly, I can't expect everyone to
experience results like this with Tribex and
ZMA, but if I can, I don't see why
anyone else isn't capable. Follow a good
diet and training program, and I think
you'll find Tribex and
ZMA to be two of
the most effective supplements available.
My Dosage:
I used 4 capsules twice daily as recommended
by Biotest for someone over 200 lbs. The first
dose was taken at 7 am and the second dose at
4 pm. 3 capsules of ZMA were taken nightly right
before bed - at least one hour after my final meal
of the day.

Regardless of your weight, take 3 capsules of ZMA daily for Weeks 1 - 3.
As with Tribex, use the 4th Week as an "off" week for ZMA.
