For the Ultimate Contest Tan Based on Skin Color:
- Light - begin applying 2 to 3 days before competition using 8 to 16 ounces
total before your contest.
- Medium - begin applying 1 to 2 days before competition using 6 to 12 ounces
total before your contest.

How to Apply: Generously over the entire body after shower 1/2 hour before
bed. Using the attached applicator, brush on evenly over entire body with lighter

6 to 8 hours. In the morning, shower off the excess color allowing the natural tan
