Essential Info:
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, FPO/APO and PO boxes are
shipped only by Priority mail. All orders are sent insured. If shipping by
Priority mail, actual charges apply.
Special Note to FPO/APO Orders: We ship your order via Priority Mail to the
military postal location. From there, we must depend on the military postal service
to deliver the package on to you. Because of this, you will not receive a tracking
number.
Transit Time:
Priority mail packages should be delivered in 1 to 7 business days for continental
orders, up to a week for FPO and APO orders (give or take depending where you're
stationed). Please note this delivery time is expected but not guaranteed.
If a Priority shipment is lost by the Postal Service during transit,
we have to wait 30 days before a tracer can be filed with the Post Office.
If 30 days pass and your package has not been delivered, please
contact us!
Order Cut-Off Times:
Our online store is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Order processing is cut
off at 3PM Central. The Phone order line is open from 8:30AM to 5PM Central time.
Order Turn-Around:
Upon placing your order you will receive an automatic email receipt. If you didn't receive this, either
your order did not submit correctly, you didn't enter your email address correctly or
your Internet provider is filtering your e-mail and rejecting legitimate e-mail by mistake.
If you didn't receive the email receipt with your 12 digit order number,
please contact us. We can't email you a shipping quote
without the correct email address! You will also receive a shipping confirmation email through the specified carrier with
your tracking number and instructions to track it.
Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours on business days after receiving your shipping approval.
TIP! Shipping charges are based upon the weight of the order and the destination of the
package. In general, smaller products such as small bottled supplements are less expensive
than proteins and protein bars.
Rarely do we have a backorder, but if it does occur we will contact you right
away and you can choose to wait, substitute, or receive credit for that item.
Order Tracking:
Orders shipped by Priority mail will receive a delivery confirmation number. This is not a tracking
number - but rather a notice that the package was shipped and delivered.
Orders shipped to FPO/APO addresses are not eligible for delivery confirmation numbers. Sorry!
Lost packages:

Refunds or re-shipments will be issued after the tracing is complete and we have received the
claim papers. Filing claims with the Post Office STINKS! and can take months to resolve which
is unfortunately beyond our control.
TIP! We highly recommend providing a
street address for UPS shipping - it's safer, has a faster claims
process, and is cheaper!
Avoid Delays:
Provide a billing address if you are shipping somewhere else. The billing address must
match what your bank has on file for the street and zip code. If it doesn't, we receive a
"No Match" message and have to email you for this information causing a delay in the
shipment of your order.
TIP! If you have moved in the last year we recommend calling your issuing bank and asking them
what they have on file for online address vefification. This could be different than your
actual physical address. Make sure the Credit Card name is the Cardholder's Name and matches
the billing address. Also, some banks do not subscribe to address verification. This problem gives us an
"Address Match Unavailable". We are unable to process these cards. A faxed signature or
money order is acceptable in this case.
Provide a way to reach you in case we have a question. We prefer email but a daytime phone
is okay as long as you're in the continental U.S. If you don't have an email address, you won't receive your automatic order receipt
with your order number or your shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
You can sign up for a free email address at www.hotmail.com. We will not sell your
information and do not email spam. We WILL check on you in a month to see how you liked what
you ordered. We also have a free optional newsletter that you can sign up to receive.

If it arrives Damaged or item is missing:
E-mail customer service with 48 hours. We will contact the shipping company
for a visual inspection of the products and the box we shipped it in. You will
then be issued a refund for the amount of any confirmed missing or damaged
merchandise.
If it arrives and it's not what you ordered:
Refuse the package and send it back to us. If not possible, we will
re-imburse the shipping cost back to us and re-ship the correct order right away.
If you decide you don't want it and it's NOT open:
Ship the package back to us. Make sure it is packed WELL and insured.

Only supplements by EAS and Optimum Nutrition can be refunded for open
containers. All other products cannot be returned if opened for any reason.
