Assess Tolerance: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of N.O.-Surge with 4-8 oz. of cold water. Adjust the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness. Wait 30 minutes to assess your tolerance and response. Your weight and body chemistry will determine how long it takes to experience the effects from N.O.-Surge. You may consume up to three (3) scoops but do not exceed more than three (3) scoops at any given time.
