Saw Palmetto Berries. Saw palmetto
(Serenoa repens) is an American medicinal plant. The berries repen in the high
humidity and healt of August and September. Saw Palmetto has a great history
and is listed in the German Commission E Monographs as a therapeutic agent.
Most of the therapeutic actions, especially in men, are linked to the free fatty
acids, phytosterols and polysaccharides in the berries.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement take 2 capsules two to three times daily with water or meals.
