Important...
- Avoid unwated toxins (alcohol, coffee, vinegar, cranberry juice, prescription medications, goldenseal, etc.) for a mininum of 48 hours before starting the capsules!
- Drink 6.8 glasses of water and eat well (chicken, tuna, eggs, beans, etc.) the day and night before.

Instructions:
- The day of desired cleansing on an empty stomach (no food/liquids for 4-5 hours), begin by drinking 16oz. of water one hour prior to the time you want to be clean. Wait 15 minutes.
- Then take 6 capsules with 16 oz of water every 15 minutes until you have finished all 24 capsules.
- Capsules are effective for two hours after finishing, so plan carefully.
- Take all enclosed supplement capsules (creatine and protein with your last 6 capsules.
- Time your drinking so you finish the last 6 capsules and 16oz. of water as close as possilbe to your desired time.
